Last updated: 3 July 2026. This policy explains how WealthVector Limited handles personal data collected through this website.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by WealthVector Limited ("WealthVector", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 1046248). Our registered office is 27 Bush Lane, London EC4R 0AA.
For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, WealthVector Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@wealthvector.com.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us through it. Where we provide custodial and administration services to firms, those services are governed by the separate contractual and privacy terms we agree with the relevant firm.
3. The personal data we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete our contact form we collect your name, firm, email address, telephone number (if provided) and the content of your message. When you use the custody audit and ask us to be in touch, we collect your email address together with the answers you give.
- Information collected automatically. As with most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security, performance and diagnostics.
- Local storage. If you choose "Remember me", we store a small record in your browser's local storage so that, on your next visit, we can highlight what is new to you. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
4. How we use your data, and our lawful basis
We use the personal data you provide to respond to your enquiry and provide the information you request; to follow up with you about the custody audit and how WealthVector may be relevant to your firm; to operate, secure and improve this website; and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries from professional firms and in operating and marketing our services; and, where relevant, your consent (for example, the local-storage feature) or the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request. You can withdraw consent, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, at any time by contacting us.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only browser storage we set is the optional "Remember me" local-storage record described above, which you control and can clear at any time through your browser settings. To understand how our website is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. It measures aggregate usage — such as pages viewed, visitor numbers, referring sites, and general location (country) and device type — without using cookies and without collecting or storing information that personally identifies you. Because it does not set cookies or track you across other websites, no consent banner is required.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate this website and manage enquiries, including our website hosting and database providers, acting on our instructions as processors. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a competent authority.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and audit data for as long as necessary to respond to you and to pursue any resulting business relationship, and thereafter for a reasonable period to meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; and to data portability, in each case subject to the applicable conditions and exemptions. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@wealthvector.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.
10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep our safeguards under review.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version will always be available on this page.
12. Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at hello@wealthvector.com, or by post at WealthVector Limited, 27 Bush Lane, London EC4R 0AA.
